Rocky Mountain Home Watch is a member of the National Home Watch Association

To become a member, the Association carefully screens Home Watch companies and not all companies meet the requirements. Each company goes through the vetting process, references are checked, pass background check, proper insurance policies in place, bonding and licenses have been verified. Each year they check to make sure the proper insurance and licensing is in place and the Home Watch company continues to comply and meet standards. This community of professionals become a sounding board for advice and support for each other and continue be the "Gold Standard" in the industry.

To be a  Certified Home Watch Professional you must complete the "Boot Camp Training" with a NHWA Trainer. This adds and extra layer of skill and competency to our home inspections that other companies may not have.
